It maybe that you are trying to log in to the ISO 27001 Toolkit and you get an error screen. Here is what you can do.
Table of contents
What is the error
The error that you are seeing is likely a Firewall message. The Firewall will trigger if you attempt to login unsuccessfully and the firewall determines it is a hack attempt.
There are several reasons that this happens and the most common by far is people use the wrong email address to try to login.
- You are not using the email address you signed up with
- You are not using the password that you assigned to yourself
The most common reason for this is you are using a password manager or cached credentials that are wrong.
At this point the firewall block is in place against your IP address and will last 4 hours.
You can either use a VPN to get a new IP address or wait 4 hours before proceeding.
What you need to do
What you need to do is determine if it is your username or password that is causing the issue.
The easiest way to do this is to reset the password.
By doing this it will firstly confirm that you are using the correct email address and secondly update the password so you can login.
If the email you are using is not recognised revert back to your order and enter the exact email address you used when you signed up.

Troubleshooting
Do not rely on password managers: if you are still having issues you should first enter details manually rather than relying on password managers to populate details and / or create passwords for you. This solves 99% of issues. 99% of the time the password manager or cache is not up to date.
You still see the firewall screen: this is because the firewall block is still active after your previous failed attempts. It is a block against the IP address. You can either wait 4 hours for the lock to release or using a VPN get a new IP address.
You do not see the reset / any emails: it may well be that your mail system treats them as junk or spam. Check your usual folders to make sure that email rules have not put them somewhere.
I followed all of this and it still does not work: if you have tried the email address used to place your order and tried to reset manually and the email address is still not recognised then the account may be dormant and you can email hello@hightable.io providing a copy of your order so we can check for you.
