When you email us or call us using the contact information on the website in regards to contacting us about our services we will collect that information so that we can respond directly to your query.

When you email or call us in regards to contacting us about our services we do not share that data with anyone. If you email us your email will be processed in Microsoft Office 365 email and Outlook. 

How long we retain your data

When you email or call us in regards to contacting us about our services your email will be processed in MicrosoftOffice 365 Exchange and possibly on our voice mail. This information may kept up to 90 days.

What rights you have over your data

We do not use the information you send us to contact us about our services for CRM or marketing purposes or any other purpose than to contact you back. If you proceed with services then we will agree the data processing activities, issuing a privacy notice and policy for those agreed processing activities. You have the right to request copies of data we hold about you, the right to update and rectify that data, the right to request that we erase your personal data.

When you email or call us in regards to contacting us about our services your email will be processed in Office 365 Exchange that is protected by Microsoft security controls and accessed via secure, two factor authentication user accounts. 

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We do not conduct automated decision making or profiling.
