When you email us or call us using the contact information on the website in regards to contacting us about our services we will collect that information so that we can respond directly to your query.

When you email or call us in regards to contacting us about our services your email will be processed in MicrosoftOffice 365 Exchange and possibly on our voice mail. This information may kept up to 90 days.

We do not use the information you send us to contact us about our services for CRM or marketing purposes or any other purpose than to contact you back. If you proceed with services then we will agree the data processing activities, issuing a privacy notice and policy for those agreed processing activities.
